The lawmaker representing Oyo East/Oyo West, Hon Olorunpoto Rahaman has congratulated the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Debo Ogundoyin on his 37th birthday.
in a statement made available to journalists in Ibadan on Saturday, Hon Olorunpoto described the Speaker as an astute parliamentarian and great politician with so much love for the people, a lawmaker with a difference and great team player who is leading the legislature in the state to cooperate and support Governor Seyi Makinde to record unprecedented achievements in the state.
He commended Hon Ogundoyin for presiding over a peaceful, altruistic, responsible and responsive state legislature since his emergence as the Speaker of the ninth and tenth Oyo Assembly.
Hon Olorunpoto who is the House Committee Chairman on Public Account Committee, extolled the Speaker for his humility, loyalty to the state, party, courage, consistency, connection with the grassroots and for being a team player in every step the Assembly takes for the good of the people.
He wished the Speaker long life, good health and resounding success in all his endeavours and prayed that God would spare his life for greater service to the state in particular and the country at large.
