    Hon Olufade Distributes Solar Street Lights to All Wards to Enhance Security of Lives and Property in Ibadan North

    In a proactive effort to address insecurity within Ibadan North Local Government, the Executive Chairman, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, has distributed 120 solar street lights across the 12 wards of the local government.

    The distribution took place today at the Ibadan North Local Government Council, Agodi, with each ward receiving 10 solar street lights to be strategically placed in key locations.

    The initiative aims to enhance security by illuminating dark areas within the wards, thereby deterring criminal activities.

    During the distribution, the solar lights were handed over to the representatives of each ward, who were instructed to monitor the installation and ensure the effective functioning and utilization of the lights.

    The ward representatives who received the solar street lights are as follows:
    – Ward 1: Hon. Raheem Sakiru
    – Ward 2: Hon. Odewale Akeem
    – Ward 3: Hon. Odediran Wale
    – Ward 4: Hon. Taiwo Adebola, Hon. Musa Bakare
    – Ward 5: Hon. Modinat Adeola
    – Ward 6: Hon. Bala Muhammad
    – Ward 7: Hon. Akeem Ismail, Hon. Kazeem Ajiboye (Ibuowo)
    – Ward 8: Hon. Olowolayemo Sunday
    – Ward 9: Hon. Olufunlola Falade
    – Ward 10: Hon. Alayande Habeeb
    – Ward 11: Hon. Emmanuel Eitomhen
    – Ward 12: Hon. Sulaimon Ajao

    The distribution of the solar street lights was overseen by the Vice Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Akeem Ayoade, and the Chief of Staff, Hamdy Mustapha.

    In attendance at the distribution event were key officials, including the Leader of the House, Hon. Taiwo Adeola; the Head of Local Government Administration (HLGA), Mr. Akeem Olatunji; HLGA of Aare Latosa LCDA, Deacon Olabode; Director of Finance, Mrs. Babarimisa; and other career officers. Also present were councilors, supervisory councilors, Special Assistants to the chairman

    This initiative is part of Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade’s ongoing efforts to improve the safety and well-being of the residents of Ibadan North Local Government.
