In a bid to enhance infrastructural development across Ibarapa Central Local Government, Hon. Olusola Adeleke, the Executive Chairman has overseen the full restoration of the community motor grader.

The motor grader which plays a crucial role in road construction and maintenance had been operating for several years with outdated and severely worn-out tyres, and without proper maintenance.

In a statement made available for newsmen by his personal assistant Sodiq Adesina, confirmed that Hon. Adeleke purchased brand-new tyres and ensured the motor grader received comprehensive repairs and servicing. He recognised the critical role this heavy equipment plays in the ongoing development of the community and this overhaul was essential to restore the machine’s operational efficiency, allowing it to resume its role in road grading and other key infrastructure projects.

The motor grader had long been neglected leading to operational challenges that hindered its effectiveness in maintaining rural roads and improving access within the local government. With the tyres completely worn out and vital mechanical components in need of repair, the equipment become nearly unusable.

Hon. Olusola Adeleke, upon assessing the situation, took decisive action to restore the motor grader, ensuring that it is now fully functional and fit for continuous use in critical development projects. Reacting to the development:
“Restoring the grader is part of our commitment to infrastructure development in Ibarapa Central. Proper maintenance of essential equipment is key to achieve sustainable growth and improving the living conditions of our people,” he stated.

The restoration of motor grader will facilitate road construction and repairs across the local government area, an important step in improving transportation, boosting local commerce, agricultural activities and enhancing overall accessibility for residents. This intervention reflects Hon. Adeleke dedication to providing practical solutions that directly impact the community’s development.
