    Hon. Olusola Adeleke Swears-In Secretary in Ibarapa Central Local Government, Lauds Makinde’s Leadership

    In a bid to reinforce effective governance at the grassroots level, Hon. Olusola Adeleke, the Executive Chairman of Ibarapa Central Local Government, officially swearing-in Mr Bamidele Joseph Oladoja as Secretary on 13th September 2024.

    The ceremony, which took place at the NULGE HALL, was attended by Vice-Chairman Hon. Babarinde, prominent political figures, party leaders including Chief Eyinade demola Elejire, Chief Kolawole olanrele ( great mother), Hon gbade Akinlolu (party chairman), Hon Oduola monsuru( SA to the governor),Hon azeez rufai, Chief oladokun saubana, Hon Sola fakorede , Hon ojegoke ( gbodiko) ,PDP members and a host of well-wishers from across the local government.


    The oath of office was administered by the Director of Administration and General Services (DAGS) Mr idowu Adesoye( Igwe), ensuring that officials appointee formally assumed his new roles. The occasion was marked by a spirit of unity and a renewed commitment to strengthening the administrative structure of Ibarapa Central Local Government.

    In statement made available for press men during the remarks of the executive chairman by his personal assistant sodiq adesina, Hon. Olusola Adeleke expressed his profound gratitude to Governor Seyi Makinde for the opportunity to serve the good people of Ibarapa Central and for the governor’s unwavering dedication to the development of Oyo State. He further emphasized that this latest appointment is a step towards ensuring the smooth running of the local government affairs, thereby delivering the dividends of democracy directly to the people.

    The Chairman charged the newly sworn-in Secretary to live up to the expectations of his offices by working diligently to uplift the local government and promote transparency and accountability. “The welfare of the people is our primary focus, and I trust you that you will rise to the occasion, ensuring that we continue to serve the community effectively,” Hon. Adeleke stated.

    In response, the appointee, Mr Bamidele Joseph oladoja expressed his heartfelt appreciation for the opportunity given to him to serve in these key roles. He lauded Engr seyi makinde for his exemplary leadership and praised Hon. Olusola Adeleke for his outstanding leadership and guidance, which he described as a source of inspiration. He also extended his gratitude to the people of Ibarapa Central, who took time out of their schedules to witness the historic event.

    “I’m deeply humbled by the trust placed in me, and i pledge to work diligently for the good of the people. I will uphold the core values of this administration and ensure that the benefits of democracy reach every corner of our communities,” Bamidele Joseph oladoja remarked.

    Hon. Olusola Adeleke concluded by reiterating his administration’s dedication to the overall development of Ibarapa Central Local Government. He reaffirmed that his leadership remains committed to improving infrastructure, boosting economic growth, and ensuring the well-being of every citizen in the local government.

    The ceremony ended on a high note, with attendees commending Hon. Olusola Adeleke administration for its focus on capacity building and grassroots development.
