The lawmaker representing Afijio State Constituency, Hon Oladeji Oparinde has extended his condolences to his colleague, Hon Modiu Akande on the demise of his mother.
Hon Oparinde said he sympathized with the Hon Modiu and the entire members of the family on the demise of the matriarch of the Akande’s family, describing her death as a great loss.
“I receive the news of the death of our exceptional and beloved mother with a heavy heart.
“With total submission to the will of God, Mama lived a fulfilled and exemplary life.
“I pray God grants her eternal rest and grants my brother, Modiu Akande and his family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.”
