…Praises Governor Seyi
The lawmaker representing Afijio State Constituency at the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon Oladeji Oparinde has donated routers to enhance internet facility in six secondary schools in Afijio local government area of Oyo State.
This was as the astute parliamentarian lauded Governor Seyi Makinde for his various education policies which he said have yielded positive results for the state.
Hon Oparinde who launched the initiative on Friday emphasised the need to equip students with digital tools to support educational growth.
Speaking further, the lawmaker declared that this initiative will transform educational access in undeserved communities and promote e-learning and boosts academic excellence.
The six Secondary Schools are: Baptist secondary school Okesanmi Ilora, Ilora Baptist Grammer school, Awe High School, Fiditi Grammer school, Akinmorin Grammer school and Jobele Community Secondary School.
Dignitaries at the event were: NUT Chairman, Com.Philip Adelowo Fakorede, ANCOPS Representatives,Mrs Abokede O.T, NUT Secretary, Comrade Bamisaye, IPC- Comrade Odeleye and NUT PRO, Comrade. Akin Adeyemo.
