    Hon Rita Orji Mourns as Makinde Loses Brother, Extends Condolences to Family

    Hon Rita Orji, a close ally of Governor Seyi Makinde, has expressed her condolences following the demise of the Governor’s elder brother, Engineer Sunday Makinde.

    In a statement signed from her in the United States of America, Barrister Rita described the deceased as a remarkable individual whose contributions to Oyo State would be remembered for years to come.


    “The passing of Engineer Sunday Makinde is a great loss to Oyo State.

    “His commitment to development and integrity was evident in during his lifetime.”

    The former federal lawmaker emphasized the need to honor late Sunday Makinde’s memory by continuing to support initiatives that benefit his community.

    She extended her heartfelt condolences to the Makinde’s family, particularly to Governor Seyi Makinde, and urged everyone to come together in solidarity during this trying time.

    “In our grief, let us find strength in unity and purpose,” she added.
