In a recent public poll conducted by Ibadan Lawa, an online platform, Hon. Sanda Sikiru Oyedele, the Executive Chairman of Egbeda Local Government, Hon Wole Akinleye, Executive Chairman of Akinyele local government, Hon Wole Akinleye have been recognized as the most performing council chairman in Oyo State.
The poll, which reflects the views of residents across the state, also placed the Chairmen of Ibadan North East Local Government, Hon Ibrahim Akintayo, Oluyole local government, Engr Akeem Olatunji, Ido local government, Hon Sheriff Adeojo among most performing chairman.
They were all acknowledged for their outstanding performance in their respective councils.
Speaking on the recognition, stakeholders praised the leaders for their commitment to development, transparency, and improved service delivery, noting that such acknowledgment from the public demonstrates their growing impact in local governance.
The survey underscores the importance of accountability and citizen feedback in evaluating the effectiveness of local government leadership in Oyo State.
