The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Seun Olufade, has extended heartfelt birthday wishes to Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel, the lawmaker representing Ibadan North Constituency II at the Oyo State House of Assembly.
