In a somber gesture of empathy and solidarity, Hon (Mrs) Toyin Balogun, the Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion in Oyo State, has commiserated with Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja, the Deputy National Chairman South of the Peoples Democratic Party, over the passing of his mother, Alhaja Nimotallai Arapaja.
The Commissioner offered her sincere condolences to Ambassador Arapaja and his family during this difficult time.
In a statement released, Hon (Mrs) Balogun conveyed her heartfelt sympathies, saying: “I am deeply saddened by the news of the passing of your beloved mother. On behalf of the Oyo State Government and the Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Inclusion, I extend my deepest condolences to you and your family.”
“During this time of mourning, please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you. We pray that God will comfort and strengthen you, and give you the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss,”
Our prayer is that Allah( SWT) grant her Alanah Firdaus and grant the family she left behind the fortitude to bear an irreparable loss she added.
