The Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion, (Hon Mrs) Toyin Balogun has extolled the virtues of the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon Waheed Akanbi Biro on the occasion of his birthday celebration.
The Honourable Commissioner’s message was contained in a statement signed by her and made available to newsmen in Ibadan on Tuesday. The statement reads:
