In his bid to further boost the security architecture within the Local Government, The Executive Chairman, Hon Akinwole Akinleye today presented six(6) Fully fueled Motorcycles, Dozens of Raincoats and Rain boots,Rechargeable Torch lights, Whistles and other security apparatus to security Operatives within Akinyele Local Government.
In his Speech, Hon Akinwole Akinleye re-emphasized his commitment to ensuring the security of lives and properties and also create an atmosphere free from crime which will boost the economy of the Local Government.
“I appreciate God and the Good People of Akinyele Local Government whom we have sworn to serve to the best of our ability and ensure that they enjoy a safer environment for giving us the opportunity to serve humanity. The security of Lives and Properties is a major priority and we won’t relent until we create an atmosphere free from crime.”
“We salute the spirit of our fathers,The Traditional Council and our Religious Leaders for been very supportive on this path. This milestone that we have achieved within this short time in the security sector wouldn’t have been possible without them. Our Various Security Agencies are doing a very great job and this is evident in the result we have seen thus far. We will not relent in bringing to reality a safer and peaceful Akinyele Local Government.”
“We have been able to comb and clear criminal hideouts at Aba odo, seriki, Elekuru and many more where we have been informed of various happenings that have posed security threats to residents. Our Principal, The Executive Governor of Oyo state, His Excellency, Engr Seyi Makinde whose good Governance we are here to replicate has always stated that When you see something, Say Something.
This will help us get information which will help us improve and provide a sustainable and safer environment for everyone. We will not relent in collaborating with relevant agencies and Stakeholders to make life better for all and also to provide an enabling environment for investors in Akinyele Local Government “.
In his Speech, The Oniroko of Iroko, Oba Abioye Opeola commended the Executive Chairman, Hon Akinwole Akinleye for his tremendous efforts to improve the security architecture of the Local Government. He stated that the Peaceful Atmosphere experienced by everyone since the Executive Chairman Assumed Office is a testimony. He enjoined Everyone to join hands with the Executive Chairman and his team to achieve more success. He showered praises and prayed for a successful tenure and safe landing for the Executive Chairman and his team.
