The immediate past Oyo State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion, Hon(Mrs) Toyin Balogun, has congratulated the candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) for the Oyo Central Senatorial District, Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo, on the occasion of his birthday.
