    Housing Units: Afia Court Project Commences as Adanla Vows to Transform Housing Market in Ibadan (Video)

    In response to overwhelming demand and the success of the Afia Apartment on Ring Road, Afia Homes and Properties has announced the commencement of its latest project, Afia Court, also located on Ring Road, Ibadan.

    This exciting new development features nine units of three-bedroom serviced apartments and three fully detached three-bedroom duplexes.


    Engr. Abduljelyl Karheem Mogaji Adanla, CEO of Afia Homes and Properties and Engineering Limited, expressed his enthusiasm for the project, stating, “Afia Court is designed to meet the increasing demand for quality housing in Ibadan.”

    According to him, the construction of Afia Court commenced on October 15, 2024, with an expected delivery date of June 15, 2025.

    The pricing for the three-bedroom serviced apartments is set at N60 million for off-plan purchases and N80 million upon completion.

    Meanwhile, the fully detached three-bedroom duplexes will be available for N90 million off-plan and N120 million on completion.

    According to the CEO, “for instance, our 3 bedroom apartments in Afia Court that is currently selling for N60m can be put on short let with potential income generation of N150,000 daily on average of twenty-four days a month, making N3.6m and yearly N43.2m .

    “So, investing in what could be bringing in income is more reasonable than building a mansion that costs over N200m and be locked up while you are away.”

    He said to facilitate accessibility, Afia Homes is offering flexible payment plans, requiring a 30% deposit to secure a unit.

    This initiative, be pointed out aims to ease the financial burden on prospective homeowners and make quality housing attainable for more families.
