…Blasts Online Report, Affirms Loyalty to Governor Seyi Makinde

The Chairman of the Oyo State Park Management System (PMS), Alhaji Abdulwasiu Tomiwa Omolewa, has hit back at circulating reports claiming that he had declared support for Dr. Oriyomi Hamzat’s political ambition.

The clarification came on the heels of an online report that erroneously suggested Alhaji Tommy had pledged support for Dr. Hamzat’s political ambition scheduled for January 17, 2027.

Describing the reports as “false, baseless, and a deliberate attempt to misinform the public,” Ambassador Tomiwa clarified, “I did not declare support for Oriyomi Hamzat at any time.”

He warned that attempts to suggest otherwise would face legal scrutiny, adding, “We will not hesitate to take legal action against anyone spreading lies about my position or directives.”

While dismissing the reports, he reaffirmed his loyalty to the state’s leadership, stating,

“My unflinching support remains for Governor Seyi Makinde, and the entire transport stakeholders in Oyo State are solidly behind him.”

He further underscored that they are committed to the ongoing Omituntun 3.0 Agenda, ensuring peace and orderly movement across the state.
