    Ibadan Explosion: Arapaja, Otunba Seye, Double T, Commissioners, LG Chairmen, Ibadan Mogajis, Visit Senator Ayoola Agboola, Sympathize With Him

    In the wake of the deadly bomb explosion that rocked Bodija,Ibadan last week Tuesday, a powerful delegation on behalf of Governor Seyi Makinde on Sunday visited a member of the Governor Advisory Council, Senator Ayoola Agboola Hallelujah at his residence.

    The delegation which comprised both government and political leaders was led by former Deputy Governor and current Deputy National Chairman (South) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ambassador Taofiq Arapaja, Otunba Seye Famojuro, Hon Babatunde Tijani (Double T), Commissioner for Public Works and Transport, Professor Kehinde Sangodoyin, Commissioner For Lands and Housing, Akin Fumilayo and Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon Olusegun Olayiwola.

    Others are, Oyo ALGON Chairman and Executive Chairman of Egbeda Local local government, Hon Sikiru Sanda, Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon Waheed Akanbi (Biiro).

    PDP Chairmanship Candidate for Ibadan North Local Government, Hon Seun Olufade, his counterpart in Lagelu Local Government, Hon Mudashiru Kamorudeen.

    Non political office holders on the entourage include, Engr Abduljelyl Adekunle Karheem, Mogaji Adanla ( Turaki Adini of Oyo State), Mogaji Abass Oloko and Mogaji Olasomi Oladosu.

    Speaking at Hallelujah’s residence on behalf of the delegation, Arapaja sympathized with the PDP leader and prayed that God would continue to protect him and his entire family.

    He conveyed the delegation’s deep concern, describing the incident as worrisome and disheartening.

    Arapaja emphasized the magnitude of the lives and properties affected, expressing solidarity with all victims and offering prayers for quick recovery of those undergoing treatment in various hospitals.

    The delegation took the opportunity to appreciate Governor Seyi Makinde for his prompt response and the immediate relief support provided to the victims. He encouraged residents to be vigilant and report any suspicious activities that could jeopardize their safety, believing it would assist security agencies in performing their duties and preventing future occurrences.

    The delegation offered prayers for Senator Ayoola Agboola and other victims of the explosion.

    In a related development, the delegation also paid on the spot assessment to the scene of the explosion.
