    Ibadan Explosion: CSCHEI Delegation Visits Scene, Stresses Importance of Learning From Tragedy to Prevent Future Occurrence

    Following the deadly explosion in Ibadan, Oyo State, Civil Society Organizations on Community Advancement and Humanitarian Empowerment Initiative in Nigeria (CSCHEI), has stressed the importance of analyzing the incident and learning from it in order to prevent similar tragedies from occurring in the future.


    Speaking during a sympathy visit to the scene of the incident, the leader of the delegations who Otunba Oloruntoba Ayodele, CSCHEI, South West, Regional Secretary said, CSCHEI has already setup a committee to reach to many Donour Agencies to support Oyo State Government. Ondo State Director of Programmes, Osun State Director of Programmes, Lagos Director of Programmes, and Oyo State Director of Programmes

    “The CSCHEI believes that by analyzing and learning from this tragedy, we can prevent similar events from happening in the future and protect such occurrences in Nigeria.”

    “It is essential that we take a holistic approach to addressing the issues that contribute to the occurrence of such incidents.”

    “By conducting a comprehensive review of the incident, strengthening cooperation between the Federal and State Governments, and addressing the root causes of such disasters, we can make our communities safer and more resilient. Let us use it as a catalyst for positive change,

    ” he stressed. CSCHEI, Ondo State Director of Programmes, Osun State, Director of Programmes, and Oyo State Director of Programmes were also part of the delegations
