    Ibadan Funfair Tragedy Sad, Unfortunate – Hon Olufemi Ajibade Mourns

    A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Hon Olufemi Ajibade has commiserated with families who lost loved ones at a funfair event held at Islamic Model School, Bashorun, Ibadan on Wednesday.

    The stampede led to the deaths of children while others sustained injuries.


    He expressed shock over the incident, describing it as a sad and unfortunate occurrence.

    The Oyo State House of Assembly aspirant in 2027 prayed that God grants the deceased eternal rest and grant the families fortitude to bear the losses adding that it is a loss not only for their families but for Ibadan and Oyo State as a whole.

    The CEO of Femi Adewumi Ajibade Foundation equally commended Governor Seyi Makinde for the proactive steps taken to support those injured with the quick arrival of rapid response team the the scene of the incident.
