The Head of Local Government Administration (HLGA), Ibadan South Local Government, Dr. Agnes Olakunbi Ojo, has been formally inducted today as a member of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) at a colourful ceremony held in Victoria Island, Lagos.
