


As the Executive Chairman of Ibadan South East Local Government, Hon. Emmanuel Oluwole Alawode celebrates his birthday today, his wife, Deaconess Omolola Oladunni Alawode, has led the outpouring of warm tributes, describing her husband as a loving, caring and dependable husband and father.


In her heartfelt birthday message, Deaconess Omolola expressed deep gratitude to God for the gift of her husband, whom she described as a man whose love and care for his family remain exceptional.




According to her, Hon. Alawode has not only been a supportive and loving husband to her, but also a devoted father who places the welfare, happiness and future of his children close to his heart. She praised his strength, humility, commitment and sacrifices for the family, noting that behind his public responsibilities is a man who remains deeply concerned about the wellbeing of his loved ones.

Deaconess Alawode prayed that God would continue to preserve her husband, grant him sound health, wisdom and strength, and bless him with many more years of happiness, fulfilment and greater accomplishments.
Joining the Chairman’s wife in celebrating him, the Traditional Council, Political Leaders and Stakeholders, the HLGA, Dr. Agnes Olakunbi Ojo, NULGE Chairman, Comrade Waleola Olomide, and the entire workforce of Ibadan South East Local Government described Hon. Alawode as a committed, accessible, hardworking and people-oriented leader.
Speaking on behalf of his political allies, the Chief of Staff to the Chairman, Prince Olusegun Oludaye, commended Hon. Alawode for his visionary and people-centred leadership, noting that his administration has made remarkable strides in grassroots development, staff welfare and responsive governance. He described the Chairman as a leader who genuinely cares about the people and is committed to leaving a lasting positive impact on the Local Government.
The HLGA, Dr. Agnes Olakunbi Ojo, alongside the entire workforce, also expressed appreciation for Hon. Alawode’s commitment and support, which prioritises infrastructural improvement and responsive governance, particularly his concern for staff welfare and the overall development of the Local Government.
