Member representing Ibarapa Central and Ibarapa North Federal Constituency, Hon. (Dr.) Anthony Adebayo Adepoju, has extended his warm congratulations to the state secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke, on the occasion of his birthday celebration.
In his congratulatory message on Friday, July 12, 2024, Ibarapakan described Hon. Wasiu as a selfless political leader whose wisdom has helped to stabilise the PDP in Oyo State and beyond.
“Alhaji Adeleke’s political astuteness is unparalleled,” the lawmaker noted, emphasising that the celebrant’s ability to work with people from diverse groups is worthy of emulation.
While paying a visit to the celebrant in his home in Ibadan shortly after the coronation of the new Olubadan of Ibadan Land, Ibarapakan said he would always cherish the values that the secretary of the ruling party in Oyo State stands for, praising the political doyen for being one of the pillars that hold the PDP together in Oyo State.
The Deputy Chairman of the House Committee on Federal Character also extended his well wishes, praying that God grants the celebrant sound health, longevity, wisdom and strength to continue to work with others to make the PDP the party to beat in Oyo State, South West Nigeria and Nigeria as a whole.
