The Chairman of Ibadan & District Society of ICAN, Mrs Olufunmilayo Omisore, FCA and other members of her Executive Committee have been commended for massive improvement to the building of the District named ICAN House at Gbaremu Area of Ibadan City.
This commendation was given by the President of MFP Global Services who is also a Former Council Member of ICAN, Past Western Zonal Chairman and Past Chairman of Ibadan & District Society of ICAN, Dr Prince Oyebade Oyedepo, FCA, JP when commissioning the Solar Inverter System recently acquired by the District for the use of the Edifice today, Monday, 4th May, 2026.
Dr Prince Oyebade Oyedepo lauded the efforts of Mrs Olufunmilayo Omisore to improve the building significantly within a year of her Chairmanship.
According to him, the solar Inverter System will solve the light out problem at the building permanently. Apart from providing illuminations, it will guarantee cooling system of the Air-conditioners for the users.
Dr Prince Oyebade Oyedepo eulogized the Chairman, Mrs Olufunmilayo Omisore for other developmental strides in making the building more elegant and attractive such as effecting some tilling and repainting of the house.
The commissioning of the Solar Inverter System was witnessed by some EXCO members and other distinguished members of the District.
The ICAN Ibadan building is a Legacy house built during the tenure of Mr Abiodun Adedeji, FCA as the Chairman in 2022 when the District Society was exactly 50 years old. The building terminated 50 years of staying in rented apartment by the District.
