The Commissioner for Public Works and Transport, Professor Dahud Sangodoyin, received the award on behalf of Governor Makinde at a vibrant ceremony attended by community leaders and members.

The dinner and award night was held at LW Banquet and Convention Center, 4611 Steeles Avenue1, North York, Canada.

“This honour reflects the collective efforts of our administration in driving progress and enhancing the lives of our citizens,” Professor Sangodoyin remarked during the event.

The commissioner was joined by prominent figures, including Prof. Ayodeji Omole; President-General of the Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII) and Pro Chancellor of LAUTECH, Hon. Tunde Tijani and Dr. Mrs. Fagbola, Vice President of IDDU, Canada.

Together, they celebrated the governor’s achievements and the positive changes his leadership has brought to the community.
