The Jubril Dotun Sanusi Political Group in Oyo State has warmly welcomed former Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni, into its political family and the Accord.
In a statement signed by Mogaji Igbinsola Sunday Paul, the State Coordinator of the group, members of the political movement described Owoseni , who was of late, the special adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Security Matters, as a distinguished leader and respected elder statesman whose wealth of experience and integrity would strengthen the party’s structure in the state.
The group noted that the retired police commissioner’s leadership capacity and commitment to societal growth would add immense value to the movement and contribute positively to the advancement of the party.
According to the statement, the JDS Political Movement expressed delight in identifying with a personality of Owoseni’s calibre, stressing that his presence would further promote unity, progress and the collective vision of building a better Oyo State.
The group further reaffirmed its commitment to working with the former police boss in moving the movement and the party to greater heights.
“Once again, we say a big welcome to CP Fatai Owoseni (Rtd). Together, we shall move the movement and the party to greater heights,” the statement added.
