    JUST IN: Makinde to Decentralize LAUTECH as Students Appeal for School Fee Reduction

    Oyo state governor Engineer Seyi Makinde has assured that since Oyo has become the sole owner of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, the institution will in due course has satellite campuses across the state.

    Makinde stated this during the thank you visit by the students of (LAUTECH) at the state government Secretariat, agodi, ibadan.

    Governor makinde noted that the institution has the potential to become the citadel of learning and research.

    In his remark, the students union president of the institution, Olabiyi Olamide appealed to governor seyi makinde to ensure that there is drastic reduction in the fees paid by the students which has made schooling become unattractive to some of them.
