The Allied Peoples Movement (APM) candidate for the Ido/Ibarapa East Federal Constituency, Engr. Kolawole Sheu Adedeji (KSA), has demonstrated his commitment to grassroots engagement with the donation of a new set of chairs to the palace of the Olokolo of Okolo Land in Eruwa, Ibarapa East Local Government Area of Oyo State.

The gesture followed a campaign and community engagement visit by KSA to the palace, where he was received by the Baale, palace chiefs and residents of Okolo Land.

During the visit, the APM candidate interacted with members of the community and listened to their concerns, needs and developmental aspirations.

While at the palace, KSA observed the poor condition of the chairs being used by the traditional institution. Following the observation, he arranged for the provision of new chairs for the comfort and official use of the traditional ruler, palace chiefs and members of the community.

The intervention was warmly received by the Baale, chiefs and residents, who expressed appreciation to the APM candidate for what they described as a thoughtful and timely response to a need identified within the community.

Community members also commended KSA’s attention to grassroots concerns, saying the gesture demonstrated an approach centred on engaging directly with residents and responding to issues identified during such interactions.

They expressed optimism that the community-focused approach displayed during the visit would inform his representation if elected to represent the Ido/Ibarapa East Federal Constituency.

Speaking on his campaign approach, KSA has consistently emphasised the importance of direct engagement with communities, identifying their needs and supporting practical interventions capable of improving the well-being of residents.

His campaign has continued to focus on grassroots participation, community development and people-oriented representation ahead of the forthcoming election.
