The Olasole of Lasole Kingdom, Oba Dairo Jacob Olutayo has congratulated Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde on his conferrement of the Best Governor of the Award by Leadership Newspaper.
His Royal Majesty, Oba Dairo said the Oyo Governor has displayed leadership with style, courage, humility and fearlessness in the delivery of good governance to residents of Oyo State.
The monarch who retired as Executive Secretary of Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board, SUBEB declared that Makinde’s developmental strides in the area of security, education, health and expansion of Oyo’s economy has returned the state to her original Pace Setting slogan.
The monarch added that his leadership style has become a model for the Federal Government and other state governors.
Oba Dairo said most of Governor Seyi Makinde’s successful policies were emulated during the COVID-19 pandemic.
He prayed that God Almighty will continue to enrich His Excellency Governor Seyi Makinde with divine wisdom to pilot the affairs of the state to greater heights.
