The re-election bid of the Hon Oyedokun Oyeniyi Timothy, OOT received major boost on Thursday as monarchs in Ogbomoso South local government unanimously endorsed his second term ambition.
This was as Hon Timothy who is the PDP chairmanship candidate met with the traditional rulers in the council.
“We met with our traditional rulers in Ogbomoso South as we prepare for next month’s council polls.
“Present also were the candidate of the PDP for other positions, alongside stalwarts from our party.
“Our discussions centered on fostering peaceful elections, ensuring community involvement, and upholding democratic values.
“With the support of these esteemed leaders, we are committed to conducting fair and transparent elections for the betterment of our constituency.
“Furthermore, they endorsed my candidacy, prayed for our success, and saluted me for the work I have been doing, reinforcing our collective dedication to serving our community with integrity and diligence.”
