On Tuesday , the EGBEDA LG SANDA/SIMPLE PDP Campaign Train visited Ward 03 covering Owobaale and Kasumu , ward 05 covering Ogunse , Kumapayi, Orita Odan and Oki
On Wednesday 17th April, the Train visited ward 08 covering Awaye , Olukeye and Osengere and ward 09 covering Egbeda , Oluwo 1 , Oluwo 2 and Ogungbade
On Thursday , the $Egbeda campaign Team made a colourful show at the Egbeda/Ona Ara Federal Constituency Mega Rally .
On Friday the campaign train continued in its mobilization of voters ahead of the April 27th Oyo State Local Government Election , with visit to ward 10 area covering Adegbayi, Alakia-Isebo , Hope/Arooye/Airport and Onilu Amuro/Olode areas.
Leading the campaign train, a foremost leader of the PDP in Egbeda and Oyo State ,who once served as Federal Minister in Nigeria, Elder(Dr) Caleb Wole Oyelese , who has served as the executive Chairman of Egbeda LG has repeatedly presented Hon Sikiru Oyedele Sanda as the Chairmanship candidate and the his Vice chairmanship candidate , Hon Ibrahim Oladebo Simple and in different wards the Councillorship candidates for the electorate .
Oyelese in his words has lucidly expressed confidence in sanda’s ability to deliver dividends to the people, as being variously attested that he has commendably achieved during this first term in office .
Significantly round all the wards visited, the residents and inhabitants have taken time to laud Hon sanda’s numerous achievements visible all over the places , of utmost mentioned were the provision of 5 Transformers to different communities , provision of Boreholes in all the wards from ward 01 – ward 11 areas .
Roads constructed in some locations, educational development projects , youths empowerment and sports development amongst numerous other brilliantly executed projects . Hon Sanda was also commended for donating Five Hundred thousand Naira (N500, 000;00) to eighteen (18) different communities to assist different community developmental projects .

The various Community Leaders, Religious Leaders, and ladies associations, youths , women , different groups and associations and different blocks and gatherings have unanimously endorsed Hon Sanda /Simple PDP Ticket and all the councillorship candidates of the party . They have assured the PDP of their unflinching support and readiness to come out and cast their votes massively for the party next Saturday at the polls.
Amongst the PDP leaders that have joined the entourage is Chief (Mrs) Jumoke Lawal, “Iya Pineapple” , Alhaji Kola Ibrahim, Baba Moreke , Chief Folashade Iyalode, Alhaja Onikede , the Acting PDP Chairman for Egbeda LG, pastor Lamoyegun and several others .
The campaign activities which visited ward 06 covering Opeyemi and Molade on Monday 22nd April and Wakajaiye and Adesina of ward 07 areas witnessed the commissioning of Borehole donated at Temidire Market @ Iwo Road, Opeyem/ Ayede area and Segelu area of ward 06 with donations of generating sets to power all the boreholes. Similarly Hon Sanda unveiled the donation of quality Solar powered street lights to people of Opeyemi area of ward 06.
The Grand Finale at the Olawale Shopping Complex , designed for Traditional Rulers, League of Imams,& Alfas and Egbeda LG Artisans to l gather and offer prayers of Victory for SANDA/SIMPLE and all Counllorship candidates of the PDP come Saturday poll
