Oyo State Governor, ‘Seyi Makinde, has congratulated Mayor Isaac Brown on the conferment of the Special Recognition Award on him by the City People Media Group.
Isaac, a leading broadcast journalist in Oyo State, was alongside other leaders, recognised by the media group in Lagos on Sunday.
The governor, who described Isaac as a master of his game, said it was not surprising that the Ibadan-based broadcaster’s recognition in his field transcends the borders of the state.
Makinde said, “I felicitate Isaac Brown on this remarkable recognition by the City People Media Group.
“Isaac is a master of his game. He is a thoroughbred professional, who brings his best on board every time.
“So, it is not surprising that his sterling quality in his chosen field is recognised even beyond the borders of Oyo State. For a man who puts in his best, nothing less is expected.
“It is my belief that this recognition will encourage him to give even more of himself, not just to broadcasting but to humanity as a whole.”
