The Personal Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde, Alhaji Akeem Azeez has showered encomium on Dr (Mrs) Victoria Samson on the occasion of her birthday.
Akeem’s congratulatory message was contained in a statement personally signed by him this Thursday and made to Goalpoacher News. It reads:
