A different account has emerged over the political tension in Molete, Ibadan, on Wednesday, with an individual identified as a market operator disputing the account in a circulated video as against the claim of Accord Party Campaign Council Spokesperson, Samuel Ibikunle Arugbo Boiz.
In messages shared with Goalpoacher News, the source claimed that the incident was the direct opposite of the account given by Samuel Ibikunle, popularly known as Arugb Boiz, who spoke with Segun Kehinde, Chief Executive Officer of Goalpoacher News.
He alleged that some supporters of the Accord Party were responsible for the chaos, directly contradicting Ibikunle’s claim that hoodlums from another political party attacked Accord members during their procession.
The source also claimed that videos of the incident were available and described one of the videos as having been recorded by other traders.
