The Oyo State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion, Hon (Mrs) Toyin Balogun has joined other well wishers to celebrate the Oyo PDP Women Leader, Mrs Wulemot Ibitoye on the occasion of her birthday anniversary.
In a statement made available to newsmen on Sunday in Ibadan, Mrs Balogun described the celebrant as feisty and opinionated woman who stands by her convictions. The statement reads:
“Hearty birthday cheers to Chief(Mrs) Wulemotu Ibitoye,the State Woman Leader; a feisty,opinionated woman who stands by the force of her convictions
