    New Year: OYSHMB Chair, Dr Fagbemi Assures of Improved Healthcare Service in 2025

    The Chairman of the Oyo State Hospital Management Board, Dr. Akin Fagbemi, has welcomed the year 2025 with a renewed commitment to sustainable healthcare delivery in the state.

    In his New Year message, Dr. Fagbemi reflected on the board’s achievements in 2024, highlighting the successful recruitment of new staff and the commemoration of various milestones in the state’s healthcare facilities.


    Dr. Fagbemi commended the hard work and dedication of the board’s staff, noting that their efforts have been crucial in meeting the evolving needs of the state’s healthcare sector.

    He also acknowledged the support of the state government, led by Governor Seyi Makinde, in improving the state’s healthcare infrastructure.

    As the board embarks on its mission to transform the state’s healthcare sector, Dr. Fagbemi expressed his confidence in the collective vision and collaborative efforts of the board’s staff.

    The Oyo State Hospital Management Board is responsible for overseeing the state’s secondary healthcare facilities, ensuring the provision of quality healthcare services to the people of Oyo State.
