The newly elected PDP SouthWest Ex-Officio Hon. Azeez Tirimisiyu Ojetunde, has expressed his profound gratitude to the leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the Southwest region, His Excellency Governor Seyi Makinde for the peaceful conduct of the party’s zonal Congress.
The PDP congress which produced the ex-Caretaker Chairman of Oyo East local government as the new Ex-Officio of the party was held at Ogunlesi Hall, Opposite UCH, Ibadan was also attended by the Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke.
Hon Azeez Ojetunji equally appreciated Senator (DR) Monsurat Olajumoke Aduke Sunmonu for her unflinching support for the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde.
He extended his appreciation to all the PDP leaders and delegates from Oyo State and other states who voted for him at the elective Congress.
Hon. Azeez Tirimisiyu Ojetunde, however promised to collaborate with the Zonal Chairman and other elected officials to ensure that unity reigns supreme in the party leading to the 2027 general elections in the zone.
