An ally of Governor Seyi Makinde, Hon (Barr) Rita Orji has congratulated Nigerians both home and diaspora on the celebration of the country’s 63rd Independence Day Celebration.
Barrister Rita was recently celebrated by former President, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan at his Goodluck Jonathan Centre for Democracy in Bayelsa StateState.
According to her, Nigeria may not have been where its ought to be noting that appreciable progress have been made on last 63 years.
The former House of Representatives member urged those at the corridor of power to harness the abundant resources for the development of the nations and Nigerians in general.
Rita appealed to Nigerians to eschew violence and learn how to tolerate one another as no nation can grow or develop without peace.
