Hon. Dikrullahi Adedeji Olajide, better known as Odidiomo ,the, lawmaker representing Ibadan Northwest/Southwest Federal Constituency at the National Assembly has extended his heart-warming congratulations to all the 33 elected local government chairmen and councilors in Oyo state.
Odidiomo also congratulated the Peoples Democratic Party and Governor Seyi Makinde for the successful conduct of the poll and landslide Victory for the party.
He said the electoral victory is a testament to Governor Makinde’s unwavering commitment to the advancement of democracy and grasroot development.
The PDP cheiftain maintained that, the victory at the poll is deserving because the all party candidates, both the new and returning ones are quality people with integrity asides the fact that
the party did not leave any stone unturn in taking their campaign to the nooks and cranies of their constituency.
Odidiomo who is the Chairman House of Reps Committee on ICT and cybercrime equally commended the Aare Isiaka Olagunju (SAN) led OYSIEC for conducting fair and credible election ” You have done creditably well, set pace for other states to follow and i am hoping to see more improvement in the subsequent ones”
While urging the elected council officials allign their vision with the trasnformatory agenda of Gov Oluseyi Makinde, Odidiomo urged the returning ones to improve on their past achievements while the new ones should ensure they did not betrayed the confidences reposed in them by the electorates.
