The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, has extended warm and heartfelt birthday congratulations to two distinguished public servants, Hon. Alhaji AbdulRahman Olanrewaju Adepoju, Executive Chairman of Ibadan North-West Local Government, and Hon. Olajide Akintunde (Akt), member representing Lagelu State Constituency in the Oyo State House of Assembly.
Hon. Olufade described both celebrants as exemplary leaders whose dedication, loyalty, and service continue to strengthen grassroots governance and the collective progress of Oyo State.
He praised Hon. Olanrewaju Adepoju for his exceptional commitment to community development, noting his impactful interventions in Ibadan North-West, including youth empowerment initiatives, infrastructural investments, and his deep devotion to transparent, people-focused leadership.
“Chairman Adepoju is a selfless administrator who embodies responsibility and integrity.
His work in Ibadan North-West is a testament to what purposeful leadership represents.
On this special day, I celebrate a dependable brother and a passionate public servant,” Olufade stated.
Hon. Olufade also lauded Hon. Olajide Akintunde (Akt), lawmaker representing Lagelu state constituency and Chairman of the Oyo State House of Assembly Committee on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, describing him as a vibrant lawmaker whose legislative depth, humility, and accessibility have earned him the respect of colleagues and constituents.
“Akt is a shining example of responsive leadership. He has become one of the most consistent voices advocating strengthened local government administration and the advancement of our traditional institutions.
Today, I salute a performing legislator and a true representative of the people,” Olufade added.
Hon. Olufade prayed for long life, more grace, and continued success for both leaders, while expressing optimism that their contributions will continue to inspire unity, progress, and development within Oyo State.
