…Fayose Shuns PDP Stakeholders Meeting
In a move aimed at strengthening the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ondo State ahead of the gubernatorial election coming up later in the year, notable leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Monday met in Ibadan.
Goalpoacher News reports that the meeting held at the Oyo State Government House had in attendance the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde, Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke.
Others are former Governors of Ondo and Osun States, Dr Olusegun Mimiko, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola.
Also in attendance were the Deputy National Chairman (South) of Peoples Democratic Party, Ambassador Taofiq Arapaja, Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ondo State, Hon Agboola Ajayi.
Meanwhile, a former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose was absent fuelling the rumour of his defection to the All Progressives Congress.
