The Office of the Special Adviser to the Governor on Housing and Urban Development, in collaboration with the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), has announced the inaugural Oyo State Real Estate Conference.
According to a statement released by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Housing and Urban Development, Hon. Akinsete Olakunle, the conference, themed: “Positioning and Globalization of Oyo State Real Estate Sector: Road to Urbanization,” aims to also discuss the necessity of aligning with the state’s vision and masterplan for sustainable development.
Scheduled to bring together stakeholders, experts, and policymakers, the conference will focus on discussing innovative solutions and exploring opportunities within Oyo State’s real estate industry.
