The Okanlomo Oodua and Bada Olubadan of Ibadanland, Jubril Dotun Sanusi, hosted the Distinguished Senator representing Oyo South Senatorial District and leading All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial aspirant, Sharafadeen Alli, during a courtesy visit to Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort, Ibadan.
Speaking after the meeting, Chief Sanusi described Senator Alli as a committed political leader and brother whose passion for the progress of Oyo State and Nigeria remains commendable.
“It gladdens my heart to host my brother, the Distinguished Senator representing Oyo South Senatorial District, Senator Sharafadeen Alli, at Ilaji Resort,” he stated.
Both leaders used the opportunity to deliberate on strategic political engagements ahead of the 2027 general elections, with emphasis on mobilization and support for the re-election of Bola Ahmed Tinubu as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The discussions also centered on national development, party unity, youth inclusion in governance, and strengthening progressive politics across Oyo State and the South-West region.
Chief Sanusi reaffirmed his commitment to supporting initiatives and collaborations that would promote sustainable development, peace, and political stability in the country.
