    Oyo City Boy Movement Unveils LG Coordinators Across 33 Councils

    The City Boy Movement in Oyo State has formally unveiled a comprehensive list of its Local Government Coordinators (LGCs) and Deputy Local Government Coordinators (DLGCs), covering all zones in the state in a move aimed at strengthening grassroots political coordination.

    According the press release by the state director of Publicity, Gbenga Oyetola the list captures appointments across the Ibadan, Oyo, Ogbomoso, Oke-Ogun, and Ibarapa zones, with each local government having clearly designated leadership.

    In the Ibadan Zone, Ahmed Olalekan (Akinyele) and Amb. Hamzat Kolade Ismail serve as LGC and DLGC respectively, while Akinboboye Akintoye (Egbeda) works with Temitope Borode. In Ibadan North, Adebowale Steve Adeyoju is paired with Ayomide Benson, while Yinka Akilapa and Fiwamade LS oversee Ibadan North East. Adekola Kehinde Rasheed and Sunday Enitan coordinate Ibadan North West, while Kabiru Ambali and Monilola Waziri handle Ibadan South East. Taiwo Okunlola Ado and Aleshinloye Tunde are in charge of Ibadan South West, with Adegboyega Oluwatobi Samuel and Otunba Sanni Aridunu Eletu covering Ido. Lagelu is led by Ganiyu Jelili Olayemi and Oyedokun Oloyede Ibrahim, while Oladeji Kehinde and Faosiy Abiodun Adedayo coordinate Oluyole. Ona Ara is handled by Olaide Abodunde Sunday and Samuel Kayode Oyeleke.


    Across the Oyo Zone, Oluwaseun Taiwo and Adetoro Oyewole Amos lead Afijio, while Oyelekan Okikiola Hammed and Faruk Ayotunde Raji coordinate Atiba. In Oyo East, Akibu Babatunde Uthman works with Adeyemo Sunday Boluwatife, while Akintola Rasheed Ayobami and Mustapha Olatomiva Taofeek oversee Oyo West.

    In the Ogbomoso Zone, Adeleye Adeola Femi and Aremu Kayode Joseph coordinate Ogbomoso North, while Ojewole Oluseyi Kayode and Ogunwuyi Odunola manage Ogbomoso South. Ogo Oluwa is led by Olajide Morounranti Joel and Olawuyi Peter, while Surulere has Olayanju Babarinde Oluwaseun and Akinola Omowonula.

    The Oke-Ogun Zone features Alabi Saheed Ishola and Oyekale Johnson in Oriire. Atisbo is coordinated by Ogunniyi Tunde alongside Dr. Adetola Musiliu Olagbenro, while Obakunle Felix and Musiliu Olagbenro serve Iwajowa. Wasiu Alobamaja and Oyanliyi Adigun Ifagbenleke head Iseyin, with Aloje Mojeed Ajibola and Bello Nurudeen in Kajola. Dapo Olanrewaju and Ajayi Idowu coordinate Itesiwaju, while Kareem Tola Lateef and Alhaji Jimoh Oro oversee Olorunsogo. Olanrewaju Daniel and Mr. Muftau Ladoja manage Oorelope, while Sulaimon and Hon. Asonto handle Saki East. Kareem Hafiz Adeolu and Muda Iroubodo coordinate Saki West, and Abdullahi Suraju with Alhaji Yunusa Ape oversee Irepo.

    In the Ibarapa Zone, Tunde Adebare Adebayo and Deacon Olawoore Olubiodun Joseph coordinate Ibarapa Central. Wole Ogundoyin and Mr. Gani Adedokun lead Ibarapa East, while Taiwo Olujide and Hon. Rafiu Oladeni Oje-goke oversee Ibarapa North.

    The list was endorsed by the State Director, Hon. Olufemi Onireti, and the State Coordinator, Chief Ahmed Ajibola.
