Oyo State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion, Hon (Mrs) Toyin Balogun has extolled the sterling virtues of Chief Dr (Mrs) Onikepo Akande on the occasion her 80th birthday celebration.
Mrs Balogun in her congratulatory message to octogenarian and a two-term former Minister for Industry described Mrs Onikepo as an industrialist par excellence.
