Oyo State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion, Hon (Mrs) Toyin Balogun has congratulated the Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Seyi Makinde, Hon Fola Oyekunle on the occasion of his birthday.
The Honourable Commissioner described Oyekunle as an unassuming personality. She wrote:
