The Executive Chairman of Oyo East Local Government, Hon. Oluokun Peter Olusola, has congratulated the Oyo State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon. Ademola Ojo, popularly known as “Ijaya,” on the occasion of his birthday.
In a congratulatory message issued through his Media Aide, Adeleke Afees Adeniran, Hon. Oluokun described Hon. Ademola Ojo as a man of integrity, vision and purposeful leadership, whose passion for innovation and development has continued to contribute significantly to the advancement of local government administration in Oyo State.
The chairman commended the commissioner for his remarkable commitment to fostering unity and cooperation among political functionaries, traditional rulers and other stakeholders across the various local government areas of the state.
According to Hon. Oluokun, the commissioner’s inclusive approach to governance and dedication to effective administration have contributed immensely to the achievements recorded across local governments in Oyo State.
Hon. Oluokun further praised Hon. Ojo for his charisma, intelligence and exceptional ability to handle issues relating to traditional institutions and the various traditional rulers across the state. He noted that the commissioner’s understanding of local realities, coupled with his wealth of experience, has earned him the respect and admiration of local government political functionaries and traditional rulers alike.
The Oyo East chairman also used the occasion to appreciate Hon. Ademola Ojo for his support, cooperation and invaluable contributions to the administration of Oyo East Local Government.
He particularly acknowledged the commissioner’s role in facilitating and supporting the successful completion of several developmental projects across Oyo East Local Government under his administration.
Hon. Oluokun described Hon. Ojo as a dependable partner in the collective effort to deliver good governance and meaningful development to the people at the grassroots.
While celebrating the commissioner’s birthday, the Oyo East chairman prayed for God’s continued guidance, wisdom, sound health and greater accomplishments for Hon. Ademola Ojo, wishing him many more prosperous and fulfilling years in service to the people of Oyo State.
He expressed confidence that the commissioner would continue to make significant contributions to the development of local government administration and the overall progress of Oyo State.
