Oyo East LG Chairman Hon. Oluokun Concludes 100 Days Activities with Generous Donations to PDP Stakeholders
Hon. Olusola Peter Oluokun, the Executive Chairman of Oyo East Local Government, officially rounded off his first 100 days in office with a meeting with leaders and stakeholders of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) at the party’s secretariat on Monday.
During the gathering, Hon. Oluokun announced generous cash donations of ₦200,000 to each of the ten wards within the local government area, as well as an additional ₦200,000 to the local executive committee members.
This financial support aims to bolster party activities and enhance community engagement among stakeholders.
In the days leading up to this significant meeting, Hon. Oluokun actively participated in community and religious events.
On Friday, he visited the Central Mosque to engage with the Muslim community, and on Sunday, he attended a church service for thanksgiving, reflecting his commitment to fostering unity and inclusivity among diverse groups within his constituency.
