A chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo State, Alh. Abdulateef Adediran Sulaimana aka Santana has urged electorates through out the nooks and crannies of Oyo State to support and vote all People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidates in the forthcoming Local Government Elections in the State scheduled for Saturday 27th April, 2024.
In a press statement made available on Wednsday, 24th April, 2024, Santana said,
“Though i have a strong conviction that the people of Oyo State appreciate the unprecedented achievements of the present Engr. Seyi Makinde led government in the State, and therefore, they will demonstrate such appreciation next Saturday by voting in all PDP Candidates at the LG poll, we, party stalwarts still need to intensify our mobilization efforts for our beloved party to come out hugely victorious in the coming election”.
Santana, who also is the Saraki of Kishi land in Irepo LGA of the State called on all eligible voters in Irepo to troop out next Saturday to cast thier votes for the party’s Chairmanship candidate and his Vice, and all the councillorship candidates.
Hon. Adediran gave his assurances on the capability of the candidates and vouched on their ability to deliver on their campaign promises.
“Events of the recent past have shown clearly that the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) is the only party which hold in high esteem the yearnings and aspirations of the teeming masses.
“Therefore, I implore our people to continue to vote in the party from bottom to the top”, Adediran affirmed.
