Civil Society Group, Nigerian Progressive Women and Youth Development Initiative on Tuesday conferred award of excellence on the Chairman, Oyo State Park Management System (PMS), Alhaji Wasiu Tomiwa Omolewa.
According to the group from Abuja, the award of excellence was in recognition recognition of Tommy’s dynamic leadership, diligence, peace, justice and fairness in the handling of Oyo State park management System.
Recall that since Tommy’s appointment as the substantive chairman of Oyo PMS, he has ensured peace and orderliness at various parks across the 33 local governments in the state.
In 2023, he was honoured with ‘Ambassador of Peace’s by a body affiliated with United Nations.
