The immediate-past Executive Secretary of Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board (OYOSUBEB), His Royal Majesty, Oba Dairo Jacob Olutayo has been crowned and installed as the Olasole Lasole Kingdom.
Goalpoacher News reported that Governor Seyi Makinde approved the appointment of Oba Dairo as the Executive Secretary of SUBEB.
The appointment was contained in a letter by the Head of Service, Mrs Olubunmi Oni which took effect from 5th September, 2023.
The monarch had also served as the coordinating Director of OYOSUBEB.
Reacting to the conferment of chieftaincy title on Governor Seyi Makinde as Jagunmolu of Ondo Kingdom on Friday, Oba Dairo lauded the Governor on this remarkable feat saying that the Chieftaincy title conferred on the Governor and his amiable wife was a well-deserved one.
According to him, Governor Makinde’s remarkable achievements in Oyo State has made him a beacon of exemplary leadership not only in the Southwest region but the nation as a whole.
His Royal Majesty, Oba Dairo equally expressed his profound gratitude to the Governor for appointing him as the Executive Secretary of Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board, before his retirement.
The monarch said Makinde’s gesture would forever remain evergreen in his memory.
He prayed that God Almighty will continue to elevate and promote the Governor to an enviable position in all his endeavours.
