In the spirit of compassion and remembrance, the Oyo State Road Traffic Management Authority (OYRTMA) hosted a touching Christmas gift presentation ceremony to honor the families of departed staff who dedicated their lives in service to the Authority.

The ceremony, marked by warmth and solidarity, aimed to bring comfort and support to the families of those who have lost their loved ones.

At the heart of the event was the recognition of the sacrifices made by these departed OYRTMA staff members. The gifts, presented with utmost respect and sympathy, symbolized the gratitude and appreciation the Authority holds for the contributions made by these individuals during their service.

During the ceremony, Major Adekoya Adesagba (Retired), the Executive Chairman of OYRTMA expressed the deep condolences of OYRTMA and highlighted the importance of standing together as a community, especially during the festive season. The event served as a poignant reminder of the lasting impact these departed staff members had on the Authority.

The fallen heroes remembered on this occasion include Morakinyo Idowu, Oyelade Seye, Adebayo Abideen, Adeoye Segun, Okunlola Rasheed, and Olaide Oladeji. The ceremony featured the presentation of essential items, including rice, vegetable oil, live chickens, and cash gifts to the families of the Departed as a token of appreciation for the sacrifices made by these individuals in active service.

As the holiday season unfolds, OYRTMA remains committed to supporting its extended family—the families of its departed staff—and ensuring that the memory of these individuals is cherished and honored.
